Introducing our newest chocolate: Aube d’Hiver! A center of vanilla butter cream with a heart of dark ganache and cranberries surrounded by dark chocolate and topped off with cranberries!

Perfect for the festive season, but also with a cup of our gourmet hot chocolates on those long winter evenings!
