A sweet Contest

Starting September 1, 2011:
Submit one of your favourite recipes. The recipe that you submit can be anything - baking, desserts, drinks - that you wish as long as it uses chocolate as one or more of the ingredients. The chocolate can be baking chocolate, chocolate callets, chocolate syrup, Leonidas chocolates, dark, milk, yellow, pink or white chocolate…whatever you like. You can include pictures of your dish if you so desire!

Make your submission special by personalizing it with any stories or memorable moments. Please let us know if you’d like your submission to be anonymous or if you would like your name attached.

We will compile all the recipes in a cookbook. Each person submitting a recipe will receive a book. 

A panel of judges will select the best recipe, the most original recipe and the best presented recipe.

Prizes
1st Prize: A Chocolate Tasting Evening for Four - includes over a chocolate Martini to start,and continuing the evening by pairing wine, port and/or beer with over 15 chocolate samples.
2nd Prize: Big Chocolate Fondue for Four - served with seasonal fruit, marshmellows, brownies, pound cake, macaroons and your choice of chocolate.
